Xpert Tools Large Radii Corner Rounder offers a 2-in-1 cutting unit with 1-1/2" and 1-7/8" radii. Rotate the die and set it in the red base to select your corner rounder radius. A special press adapter and extended handle provide leverage to handle (pun intended) the required extra force. The cutting unit can handle (there it is again) 6mm ACM panel, aluminum up to 0.080" thick, magnetic sheeting, corrugated plastic, posterboard, and more.

The red adapter base secures the corner rounder to the press. It features a center pin on the bottom and side bolts that tighten against the base of the press. Additionally, it has cutouts so the chopped corners can fall out of the way.
