MagnetPro .030 High Energy Magnetic Sheeting offers the thickness of 0.03" flexible magnet film with a stronger magnetic field for increased holding power. Constructed from ferrite powder, rubber binders, and white vinyl, this material is ideal for removable vehicle advertising and signs, and well as general signage.

Converting:
If the magnetic sticks to the printer/cutter table while cutting or direct printing, one solution is to place a flexible piece of cardboard or fabric under the magnet.

Eco-solvent printing:
The best way to print magnetic sheets is to print onto a known and tested vinyl media such as Orajet® 3641 and apply to the magnetic sheeting. That way there are no issues with feeding magnetic material through the printer or ruining a piece of sheeting in the test stage. For those who want to print direct, the suggested profile is "SV-GG Hi Gloss Gray Blue"; “General Vinyl” profile should work also.

Vehicle applications:
Magnetic sheeting may fuse to vehicle paint. Please follow all instructions. Wax sheeting and vehicle surface before applying. Aluminum will not interact magnetically under normal conditions. MagnetPro is not suitable for aluminum body panels (2015+ Ford F-150).
