Browse solvent printable perforated window film material. These roll films produce one-way vision graphics: a printed design visible from the exterior, but outdoor visibility from the interior.

The print to perforation ratios affect 3 key characteristics: exterior image quality, interior UV blocking, and visibility from inside. Greater print area ratios (70/30 or 60/40) make for crisper, clearer designs. They also block more sunlight (UV and heat) but make it harder to see outdoors from the inside. These ratios are best suited for architectural applications such as glass store fronts and building windows. Smaller print area ratios (50/50) are better suited for applications on vehicles including car and fleet wraps, pickup graphics, and public transit advertising. Although the printed image might not be as sharp, visibility from the interior to the exterior isn't as compromised. This is particularly important for drivers so they can see what's going on around them.

As is typical, these perforated window films have a white print side that faces to the outside and black backing that faces the inside. It's this colour combination plus typical brightness that creates the one-way vision effect. There's less light inside a vehicle or building than outside. The brightness differential means it's easy to see outside through the perf from inside. But it's too bright outside to see through the perf into the (relatively) darker interior.
