Orajet 3751 Resurrection

Orajet 3751 Resurrection

Marvel characters never actually die. Sure, they may get killed in one movie, one universe. But then they just pop up again in an alternate timeline. Apparently you just can’t keep a good man down. While the world of vinyl graphics is definitely no Marvel movie franchise, we do have a resurrection story to share with you, and I think there is going to be some heartfelt cheering for this reboot.

It wasn’t too long ago that we announced the retirement of Orafol’s Orajet 3751 cast digital vinyl. A product many of you appreciated for its mix of conformability and affordability. It accomplished basically everything the Orajet 3951 series could do, but at a price point that left you and your customers with a little more money in your wallets. Well, friends, the 3751 is back!

To get you back in the loop, the 3751 is a 2.25mil, 8 year printable cast vinyl designed for wrapping vehicles. It is compatible with latex, solvent, eco-solvent and UV curable inks. And, it pairs nicely with the Oraguard 290 series laminates.

In the past, the 3751 came in three options: no air regress, an option with air regress, and air regress with a repositionable adhesive. This time around it will only be offered with the RapidAir+ Proslide combo. It’s the pricier option, but will still come in under the price tag of the 3951RA+ PS upgrade.

While you will be able to purchase the 3751RA+ PS on its own, and can pair that with the Oraguard 290 laminate, Orafol is offering bundle pricing with a new laminate in the 290 lineup, the Oraguard 294. This laminate will fall between the 215 and the 290 as far as price and performance. It’s a wrap laminate with a lower price and slightly lower durability than 290.

We are expecting to see this on the market sometime in January or February here. So, keep your eyes open. And, let’s give a warm welcome to long lost friend.

Check out the individual product and the bundle product.
