MagnetPro .040 Magnetic Sheeting is the thickest magnetic vinyl sold by Express Sign Products at 0.04" thick. Constructed from ferrite powder, rubber binders, and white vinyl, this material is suitable for industrial applications and general signage. MagnetPro .040 is available with a matte finish.

Converting:
If the magnetic sticks to the printer/cutter table while cutting or direct printing, one solution is to place a flexible piece of cardboard or fabric under the magnet.

Eco-solvent printing:
The best way to print magnetic sheets is to print onto a known and tested vinyl media such as Orajet® 3641 and apply to the magnetic sheeting. That way there are no issues with feeding magnetic material through the printer or ruining a piece of sheeting in the test stage. For those who want to print direct, the suggested profile is "SV-GG Hi Gloss Gray Blue"; “General Vinyl” profile should work also.
