Stick & Stretch 1500 PRO wooden stretcher bars come pre-cut and ready to go. Choose from multiple lengths to create the size and proportions you need. These bars are 1.5" high. The product is sold in 2 piece increments. Each piece includes 1 wooden stretcher bar, 1 corner brace tensioner, and 1 metal staple. For example, if you want to make a 16" x 20" frame, buy 2 16" bars and 2 20" bars.

Stick & Stretch 1500 PRO stretcher bars are made from high grade, sustainably harvested North American basswood. Key specifications include high stability, low resin content, and low lignin content. The wood is kiln dried to less than 8% moisture content. This prevents twisting, warping, and shrinking after the canvas has been applied to the frame. The corner braces double as tensioners, creating a drum-like feel to the finished product.
