Orajet® 3165RA Intermediate Calendered PVC Digital Media with RapidAir® is a solvent printable vinyl designed for flat, medium-term, outdoor and indoor signs. This product is best suited to promotional, POP, stickers, and general signage applications. Alternatively, it is capable of permanent wall murals. This film has a grey solvent-based adhesive compared to the clear water-based adhesive of the Orajet® 3164RA.
At 4 mil thick, this product is slightly stiffer than comparable 2.5 mil or 3 mil films. Some installers prefer this extra body. Combined with air release, this product is winner for contour cut decals and stickers.
RapidAir® technology provides a special air release liner. It produces faster, easier application with fewer bubbles and wrinkles. Please note, this vinyl is not intended for vehicle wraps or contoured vehicle graphics.
