The Xpert Sign Tools 4-in-1 Standard Radii corner rounder has 4 corner sizes in one cutting unit. Simply rotate the die on the base to access the different radii: 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", and 1". It is suitable for most sign substrates. It can cut up to 0.080" aluminum, 6mm ACM panel, magnetic sheeting, sheet metal, corrugated plastic, posterboard, and more.
The red adapter base secures the corner rounder. It is highly configurable and fits most generic arbor presses. The red base features a center pin on the bottom and side bolts that tighten against the base of the press. Additionally, it has cutouts so the chopped corners can fall through and out of the way.
