OLFA SAC-1 is designed specifically for print and vinyl graphics. It uses acute angle 30° snap off art blades, OLFA A1160B blades. For comparison, the very similar looking SVR-2 knife uses standard 9mm 59° blades. The slider detents on the SAC-1 are spaced for optimum extension position.
A slim design makes for easy carrying. The built in pocket clip doubles as blade snapper. Durable stainless steel construction prevents rust in moist environments. The SAC-1 comes with an automatic blade lock. This increases control while decreasing the risk of an accident.
