Avery Dennison® SF Clear X Exterior is a safety and security window film. It increases protection from glass shattered by impact, blast, crime, or natural disaster. As its name implies, it installs on the exterior side of windows. Not only does it retain glass shards, it also blocks 99% of UV light.
SF Clear X meets multiple safety standards required for building codes and insurance policies.
Security window films are quite thick, which makes them harder to install than conventional tint films. They require lots of pressure when squeegeeing the water out from underneath. We recommend our Knock Off Tools Peg Leg squeegee or some other tool that lets you use both hands to apply maximum pressure.
