Siser® Sparkle™ HTV is a new take on glitter. It consists of solid colours (or clear) with silver or gold sparkles. Unlike Siser® Glitter, this film has a smooth surface and a soft touch. Most importantly, it can be layered. It can be applied to cotton, polyester, polycotton blends, and leather. CPSIA certification means it is safe for use on children's clothes. Use Sparkle™ on conventional garments like t-shirts, hoodies, and sweat pants. Alternatively, use it on less conventional items like shoes, belts, and hats.
