Oralite® 5600RA Fleet Engineering Grade Film with RapidAir® technology is a high quality, semi-conformable reflective vinyl. This product is an upgrade over the similar-sounding Oralite® 5650RA. It offers a new, repositionable adhesive with low initial tack. This allows installers to easily move the material up and down and side to side before anchoring it. Additionally, with a bit of heat, it can be cleanly removed for up to 4 years after installation. Reflective decals transform into dreadful monsters when they need to be removed, so any help from the adhesive is a plus. Both of these features make it more wrap-friendly.

Oralite® 5600RA reflective is ideal for long-term vehicle graphics and partial wraps. Put it to use on emergency vehicles, tow trucks, security fleets, utility trucks, and snow removal equipment. RapidAir® micro channels makes for easier installation by reducing the chance of bubbles and wrinkles. This flexible film conforms over rivets and moderate curves. It provides good reflectivity even in low visibility conditions. Like all the other products in the 5600 series, this glass bead reflective vinyl is solvent printable.

This product's adhesive has low initial tack. That makes it easy to move and position on the substrate. But it also requires enough pressure to adhere at the beginning. When squeegeeing, make sure to use overlapping strokes and even pressure across the whole graphic. Light pressure and/or squeegeeing gaps can make the vinyl lift after application. Heating the entire surface after installation will highlight any missed spots or untacked places.
