Steinel HL 2020 E heat gun is the premium heat gun at Express Sign Products. It offers 3 variable speeds of airflow and variable electronic temperature control.

A simple thumb slider controls the 3 stage airflow. Stage 1 blows air at 4 cfm, stage 2 at 4-8 cfm, and stage 3 6-13 cfm. A plus-minus toggle controls the temperature. An LCD screen displays temperature setting. Temperature ranges from 120 - 1,150°F (50 - 620°C) in steps of 10°F. Heat is produced by a sturdy ceramic element.

The HL 2020 E has a few other convenient features. A residual heat indicator warns the user that the outlet nozzle is still hot. Rubber bumpers let the heat gun stand on its own. A built in hanger makes it easy to keep the gun close by. All 1.34" diameter industry standard nozzles fit on this gun. The HL 2020 E is compatible with the HL Scanner, an optional heat scanner that displays surface temperatures.
